The EasyWay 2 project has delivered ITS Deployment Guidelines as a major tool for harmonisation and interoperability of ITS deployments on the TEN-T Road Network. These Guidelines have been elaborated, peer reviewed by international experts, and extensively validated in a formal Member State consultation and mediation process.
EIP+ as successor of the EasyWay cooperation is owner of the EasyWay Deployment Guideline master and is committed to maintain the EW Deployment Guidelines during the EIP+ project. The guidelines will be used by Corridor deployment projects together with specifications and relevant standards. The feedback from practical use of the deployments will be crucial to further improve and complete the Deployment Guidelines themselves.
